The Fall 2009 Placement Test Schedule
Chinese Placement Test: Friday, August 28th from 9-12 in 2 Divinity, Room 18
Japanese Placement Test: Friday, August 28th from 9-12 in CGIS-S, Tsai Auditorium (1738 Cambridge Street)
Korean Placement Test: Friday, August 28th from 9-12 in Vanserg, Room 28
Vietnamese Placement Test: Friday, August 28th from 9-12 in 5 Bryant Street, seminar room.
Students are required to sign up between July 15, 2009 and August 27, 2009 for the placement test at http://poll.icommons.harvard.edu/poll/taker/pollTaker.jsp?poll=1-8676-81808.
Non-Harvard students please email eal@fas.harvard.edu with your name, school affiliation and ID number,
and which language test you would like to take.
Students must bring their university ID or a photo- ID to take a placement test.
Results of the test will be posted on the bulletin board at 2 Divinity Avenue approximately 48 hours after you took the test. The FAS Registrar's Office will receive all test results. If you require these results to be given to your graduate program administrator please have your administrator contact the East Asian Language Program office at eal@fas.harvard.edu. Regretfully we are unable to give out placement test results over the telephone.
Please note that due to the nature of language study, placement test results are only valid for a limited amount of time.
Students should speak to their advisor for information on Advanced Placement, and meeting their language requirements. |
