| Petition for Extension of Time for an Incomplete Grade Students who received an incomplete grade for a course that was taken in the academic term prior to the most recently completed term must submit this form to be eligible to receive a grade upon completion of the work for that course. For example, if the current term is fall 2007, a student must submit and Extension form for an incomplete grade received in the fall 2006 term or any term before that. |
