| The Spring 2008 Placement Test Schedule
Chinese Placement Test: Tuesday, January 29th 2:00 p.m.
Japanese Placement Test: Thursday, January 31st 3:00 p.m.
Korean Placement Test: Monday, January 28th 2:00 p.m.
Vietnamese Placement Test: by appointment (email: binhngo@fas.harvard.edu )
All exams will be held at 5 Bryant Street in the 1st Floor Seminar Room.
Students are required to sign up in advance of the placement test at 2 Divinity Avenue. Sign up sheets are posted on
the bulletin board inside the front doors of 2 Divinity approximately one week prior to the exam. Students must bring their university ID or a photo- ID to take a placement test.
Results of the test will be posted on the bulletin board at 2 Divinity Avenue by the Friday prior to classes beginning 48 hours
after you took the test. The FAS Registrar's Office will receive all results. If you require these results to be given to your graduate program administrator please have your administrator contact the East Asian Language Program office at eal@fas.harvard.edu. Regretfully we are unable to give out placement test results over the telephone.
Students should speak to their advisor for information on Advanced Placement, and meeting their language requirements.
